Privacy Policy
The short version: your input is processed locally and is never uploaded.
Data you enter into the tools
All tools run entirely in your web browser. Text, JSON, code, tokens, files you open or drop onto a tool, and any results are processed on your own device. They are not transmitted to us or to any third party, and we do not log them. JWT decoding, hashing and every other function happen locally, and no tool makes a network request with your input.
Share links
Some tools offer a "Copy share link" button. It is never created automatically: only when you click it, the page puts your input into the part of the address after the # sign (the URL fragment). Browsers do not send the fragment to servers, but anyone you give the link to can read the input, and the link may be saved in your browser history, chat logs or bookmarks. Do not use share links for secrets. Tools that commonly handle credentials, such as the JWT decoder and hash generator, do not offer share links.
What is stored on your device
To remember your preferences we use your browser's local storage, for example the indentation you picked in the JSON formatter or the flags you enabled in the regex tester. This contains settings only, never the text you typed. You can clear it at any time in your browser's site-data settings. If ads are enabled in future, your cookie choice is also stored there.
Hosting and server logs
The site is delivered as static files by a hosting provider and content delivery network. Like any web server, they may keep standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, time) for security and operation. These logs do not contain anything you enter into a tool, because that never leaves your browser.
Advertising
At the moment the site shows no advertisements and sets no advertising cookies. If we enable Google AdSense in future, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads. In that case we will show a consent choice before loading any ad script, and visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked for consent through a certified consent management platform. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings and learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Analytics
We do not currently run analytics. If we add privacy-friendly, aggregate page-view statistics we will update this page first.
Children
The site is a general-audience developer utility and is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data through the tools, there is generally nothing to access, correct or delete. If you believe we hold personal data about you, for example from an email you sent us, contact us and we will respond in line with applicable law.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
